Initially I visited the home advisor with an interest of a quote to demo my shower and put tiles and tiles flooring. He contacted me, came by and later on that evening gave me a quote. I decided to use him, from day one, him and his crew were on time, kept me updated on the progress, detailed and everything else in between you can ask for when you are getting a project done. He ended installing tiles to my guest bathroom.Since I was stood up my the contractor who was supposed to do my hardwood flooring, I reached out to Rafael and he gave me a great quote for that and him and his crew were able to start right away! And they were first!!!Loved loved loved his work!!!! I highly recommend using him for your tiles and flooring work! You will not be disappointed! read less

Raphael leads a team of true pros, who get the job done neatly, and in a timely manner.
Extra points for Raphael's communication (very polite, knowledgeable and responsive), being on time, picking up our material from the seller, and for helping me fine tuning my material order and save money.

He was really professional and knew all the correct procedure of working with tile, Sat and watched them work for a few minutes at a time. They did very professional work and as recommended per the manufacturers guidelines. I was impressed with how fast they finished and how amazing the floors look. Rafael was punctual and if he was late he would let me know in advance. Him and his partners had good problem solving skills and worked around some weird features of my older house like sloped walls and unlevel floors. They addressed these issues efficiently without ignoring them. They installed the floor by the book and had the correct sandwhich of thinset, cement board, and tile. Now I have a totally solid and level floor. Rafael and his team always worked very quickly and always cleaned up after they were done. They also brought plastic sheets, painters canvas, and paper sheeting to keep the floors of the house clean. Rafael came back at our request to do touch up grouting after everything had dried. Pricing was a good value based on previous quotes we had gotten. All in all, I would recommend these guys. read less

He arrived on time, just like he said he would, which was outstanding given he was two hours away from the job site. We coordinated the final details of the job on Monday afternoon, after he had an opportunity to view the site, and he began the work immediately. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with which was essential given that I was not able to be on site with him. He and his team finished the entire job by Tuesday evening, a half day ahead of the planned schedule. They did an outstanding job, everything looks great and I would gladly hire him again. read less
